This is Doc Brown's DeLorean time machine from "Back to the Future" in the 2015 version (created by Shaun Chu), flying over Amsterdam city (scenery by James Fitzpatrick). Yes, this thing really flies using a VTOL jet engine – though it's hard to control. It even has the swivel-mounted wheels of the original.
