Flying a big airship in a thunderstorm is a unique, almost mystical experience, especially if you imagine the huge amount of inflammable hydrogen in the ship's body ... Yet many voices say it's very unlikely that the Hindenburg's explosion was caused by an electrostatic discharge. There is also some evidence for an act of sabotage using a time bomb.
